A single flake broadcast decorative epoxy system consisting of one base coat and two topcoats. We installed the Wing Logo 4’ off the center of the door and covered it with two layers of crystal clear epoxy over top of it. We prepped the floor, filled the expansion joints and patched all of the rough spots with cab-o-sil and epoxy. Once we finished the last top coat we reinstalled 6” base cove at the drywall.
The new cafeteria floor is a troweled quartz with an epoxy grout coat and two layers of urethane epoxy for the topcoat for a smooth finish.
The Jasper school cafeteria kitchen is a double hybrid flake broadcast with a 4 inch resinous cove base.
